Julio Toribio - Kancho
Toribio Kancho is a full-time student and instructor of the martial arts. He has studied and taught martial arts for over 35 years. He is the founder of Seibukan Jujutsu. He has earned the following black belt degrees: Bujinkan Budo Taijutsu (Ninjutsu) 10th Dan, Enshin Itto-Ryu Battojutsu (Sword art) 8th Dan, Hakko-Ryu Jujutsu 7th Dan, Aikido 5th Dan, and Okinawan Kempo Karate 2nd Dan. Furthermore, he is co-developer of the Model Mugging Self-Defense program. Toribio Kancho teaches regularly at the headquarters in Monterey, CA.

About the Founder and Dojo Instructor
Chief Instructor, Seibukan Jujutsu of San Francisco
Som Pourfarzaneh has been a student of martial arts for over 17 years, and is a certified instructor with experience in teaching martial arts and self-defense throughout the Bay Area. He has earned the rank of 7th Dan (Menkyo Kaiden Shihan) in Seibukan Jujutsu, and also holds black belt ranks in Enshin Itto-Ryu Battojutsu, Aikido, and Bujinkan Budo Taijutsu. Sensei Pourfarzaneh continues to train with Toribio Kancho and the Monterey Academy of Martial Arts, and is the Chief Instructor of Seibukan Jujutsu of San Francisco.
